check the customs status of the goods
Port Boulogne Calais has developed a web app "e-border calais port" allowing drivers and hauliers to check the customs status of the goods transported, in the lorry or the trailer during the crossing.
In the event of green status, the driver can leave the port upon disembarking (except for seafood cargoes, which have to undergo SPS checks at the SIVEP in Boulogne-sur-Mer).
In the event of Orange status, the driver and haulier can follow developments with the status by regularly consulting the web app.
As soon as the status changes to green, the driver can leave the port.
To download the web app, scan the QR code or visit m.portboulognecalais.fr and then follow the download procedure specific to each smartphone.
