COVID-19: Information from the French authorities to enter the territory

Published on 17.06.2021

Dear travelers,

Before embarking on your trip to France, please read the procedures for entering France:

Since June 9, the flow of travelers between France and foreign countries has resumed. The United Kingdom is currently classified as an ‘orange’ area – meaning the circulation of the virus is considered active in the country.
Travelers from the United Kingdom wishing to come to France must respect the obligatory sanitary measures in place since June 9.
• If you are already vaccinated, you must present the following documents:
1- a proof of vaccination (i.e. 2 weeks after the second injection for Pfizer, Moderna and AstraZeneca vaccines; 4 weeks after the only injection for the Johnson&Johnson vaccine or 2 weeks after the only injection for people previously infected with Covid);
2 - a proof of a negative PCR test within the last 72 hours or proof of an antigenic test within the last 48 hours.
• If you are not vaccinated, travelling is only allowed for compelling reasons and in respect to the following conditions:
1- proof of a negative PCR test within the last 72 hours or proof of an antigenic test within the last 48 hours;
2- upon arrival, antigenic tests may be randomly performed;
3- travelers must self isolate for 7 days.
